Job description:
Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
Pick up and deliver the mail
To Maintain Complete Data – Customers, Staff, Business Clients etc
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences.
Maintain an adequate inventory and monitoring movement of office supplies
To Call Customers and inform about Company’s products and arrange for site visit
To continuously monitor and maintain cordial relationship with clients, customers and staff
Maintenence of Attendance register, leaves record, salary record.
Managing the day to day operations of the office.
Organizing and maintaining files and records.
Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Preparing and editing correspondence reports and presentations.
Working in a professional environment & Updating daily reports.
Preparing offer letters for new joiners
Meeting arrangements.
Maintaining accounts related files.
Studying performance of the employees and motivate them.
Assist with preparation of the budget.
Weekly ones to conduct meeting with employees.
Skills:
Excellent communication,presentation and business engagement skills
Proficient in Computer skills computer skills including the ability to spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level.

Qualification:
Any Degree
Experience: 1 yr of Fresher ( only females)
