Manage relationship with existing franchisees in multiple locations Set up professional franchise division creating a business plan and proposition of the brand. Vet potential franchise partners. Explain terms and conditions of each franchise agreement. Develop business plans with potential partners. Maximize sales and expansion opportunities, and ensuring that standards are met as well delivering sales / profit targets. Identify and research potential markets Plan the distribution and logistics process Accept responsibility for central communication and assets to franchise partners to ensure all retail principles, store layouts, the recruitment of team members and the overall brand proposition meet the brand standards. Experience - 3 to 15 years Salary - 25k to 35k +TA + incentives (depends on discussion) Location - Ghaziabad (Vasundhara) 6 days, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm We need presentable and good communication skills candidates.
