Job Description Creation of new users in ERP/CRM All data management. Ensure Regular Backups taken. Attending to computer and ERP/ CRM related queries. Provide ERP/CRM training to Head Office/ Branch Office Executives/Engineers. Ensure all password to concern Executives/Branch staff are timely (Monthly)revised or changed Ensure all the above task are carried out for UNIT I Reporting to HR Head / MD. Over and the above if any task given as per the requirement is to be carried out. Candidate must be capable to generate all reports (Crystal Reports must) Provide ERP Training ERP Support ERP application support Good in computer (ERP/Tally ERP 9) Presentable with Good Communication Skill
