POST: - Technical support executive (Voice) JOB ROLE: - 1. Attaining the calls from the customers regarding printers,routers and email issues etc. 2. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. 3. Selling technical support plan along with relevent software. SHIFT TIMING: - 08:30 pm to 06:30 am (Night Shift) CRITERIA: - 1. Should have 1-5 Years Of Experience in Outbound process 2. Min qualification should be (10+2) 3. Should be good in English 4. Should be presentable and smart enough to handle client's query. 5.
