Job Description - CSA (Bangalore)
iPresso is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our successful team as a Customer Success Associate (CSA) in our Bangalore office. This individual will use skills as a product expert and a strategic relationship builder to grow and maintain current iPresso Customers. We are looking for driven individuals who exude confidence, exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts and relationships and have worked in a similar role within a SaaS support model.
Required Skills & Experience:
At least 3 - 4 years’ experience working in the digital marketing space in a customer facing, key account management type role or equivalent with a track record of service excellence. (B2B and SaaS support experience is a big plus).
Ability to work with technical resources and to translate technical information for presentation to clients.
Have prior experience managing software implementations for multiple clients
Have experience delivering product training sessions via phone and web conference software
Have used marketing software like iPresso
Excellent writing, listening, and communication skills.
Experience with Salesforce.com, Sugar CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketing Automation software, email delivery and SEO is a big plus.
Must be a highly organized, self-starter that can demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness.
Strong individual contributor that requires little supervision.
College degree or equivalent work experience.
On a day to day basis as CSA you will:
Manage multiple customer setup and marketing projects over the phone
Help integrate iPresso with existing business and marketing processes
Train customers on the iPresso tools
Plan and launch marketing campaigns with customers
Drive product adoption across the user base
