Conduct the sales process of the CD loan Provide sales inputs to the customer on CD products at the dealer (eg TV/Laptop etc.) Register the details of the customer in our application – Retail Finance Fulfillment Service Platform (RFFSP) Collection of income & KYC documents from customer (implies that knowledge of what documentation is required is important) from customer office/residence. staff will need to visit the customer, because he has to verify photo copies with origin Scan in the documents into RFFSP Arrange to deliver the documents to the branch. After the loan is sanctioned by the client, then collect post sanction documents from the customer (Agreement, PDC/ECS, margin money cheque, etc) and deliver to the branch After the loan is disbursed by client, collect post disbursement (invoice, insurance, registration doc.) and deliver to the branch.
