Job Description:
● A Customer Happiness Warrior should have the ability to provide solutions to technical problems that may arise for a customer.
● Should have the ability to establish and maintain contact with customers.
● First Level Scrutiny of the reports of trouble that are received by them.
● Should have a professional approach towards problems and responding to them in a timely manner.
Job responsibility:
● Providing technical solutions to different problems of clients by taking help of different tools and backend technical team.
● Answering phone calls, writing replies to emails and excelling in customer service.
● Ensure that the call comments are properly documented and suitable information is provided to clients.
● The standard of each call should be properly maintained in a comprehensive manner taking into view
each aspect of attending the customer, listening to their problems and offer appropriate solutions to
them.
● Should have the ability to work in a team and interact with the client.
● Should be comfortable with rotational shifts and a 24X7 work environment.
Skills :
● Act as an intermediary between the organization and customer such as dealing with the complaints and
queries of consumers.
● Preparation of set answers in order to reply to customer queries immediately.
● Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
● Should have dual qualities of time management, patience and ability to speak to customers with
confidence and conviction.
● Should have an attitude that is well approachable by customers and understanding their problems.
● Should have extremely good listening skills in order to understand what the customers want to say or
express.
● Ensuring customer happiness at every stage of the process.
● Should possess skills of working in a team and ability to learn.
● Proficient writing skills are also required in this job.
Qualifications:
●A Customer Happiness Warrior should possess a Bachelor’s degree and also have working knowledge of computers.
● Knowledge on cloud telephony concepts is an added advantage.
