Hi, We are hiring for Hero BPO For Voice process. Position: Lead/Demand Generation Executive Roles & Responsibilities: • Making outbound (cold/warm)calls to find qualified leads in the international Market. • Update prospect database with call activities and generate alternate contacts. • Cultivate prospects till they become qualified leads. • Generate qualified leads within target accounts as determined by sales. Requirements: • Experience with BPO/Customer Service/ Software Services companies in the International Market preferably. • Telemarketing skills including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with prospective customers in the International market. • Ability to navigate to the Decision Maker. • Proven track record of performance (e.g. lead generation representative of the year) • Desire to perform at the highest levels and blow past quota. • Strong individual contributor as well as a team player.
