• Develop positive working relationship with clients to enhance business.
• Develop new clients and effectively maintain existing ones.
• Interact and correspond with prospective clients & get requirements from them.
• Producing job descriptions as per client requirements.
• To develop, regularly review and update the company resourcing strategy.
• To develop, regularly review and update the company resourcing processes and procedures.
• To maintain and review and update recruitment sources ensuring their effectiveness to sourcing the right candidates.
• To monitor and evaluate all training and development activities with team to ensure the delivery of business objectives.
• To ensure that all resourcing activities are within budget.
