Position: Asst Manager (BOP/SQA/BOI) Location: - Sanand (Gujarat) Department: - Quality Qualification: - BE /Diploma (Mechanical) Experience: - 6-10 Year Salary: - 6 to 8 lakh/Years Age- 25 to 40 Years REQ-KNOWLEDGE- Casting Machining, Sheet Metal (Components) Daily Job responsibilities: 1) Made part receiving plan as per production plan 2) Do follow up with vendor 3) Maintain min. & max. Inventory 4) Do Kaizen (cost saving, material handling etc.) 5) Knowledge of SAP 6) Coordinate with Mfg, Vendor Quality assurance Strategic sourcing dept and component development (vendor development) department. 7) Ensure 100 Supplier Schedule Adherence & Spare Parts schedule. 8) Reduce material variance (minimum variation) b/w physical and system (SAP).
