• Candidate Have to recruit Sales team/ISA Channel and get business through them.
• Responsible for team recruitment, training, skill development, hand holding and ensuring high retention of team.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• To generate leads along with assigned team & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
• To manage time and work flow and create effective client meeting plans.
• To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis.
• To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
• Record performance metrics and monitoring key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the sales personnel/Channel.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
• Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly Sales Target/business plan.
• Collecting market feedback and provide periodic updates to the management for formulation of policy & strategy.
