AC Technician
A. Job Purpose
To give demonstration & install and attend service repair AC calls at the premises of customers under the supervision of branch or Service Franchise.
B. Job Description:
1. To visit to consumer’s place at appointed time.
2. To install AC new models as per the guidelines.
3. To ensure proper documentation of each call as per SOP.
4. To identify and convert cross selling opportunities – EWC,AMC& Accessories.

Productivity Demo & installation
Number of calls per day • AC – 2 calls/ day
Revenue generated per call –Out of Warranty, EW & Accessories Amount as per call
Turn Around Time As per SLA

E. Educational Qualification:
ITI or Diploma
F. Experience:
1 – 2 years
